REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST GOVERNMENT OF SOUTHERN SUDAN RAPID IMPACT PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM SPECIALIST CONSULTING SERVICES Ref. No.: GOSS/EOI/CONS/OOO2/11 LICUS GRANT TF 094374 - PROJECT ID P116928 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST The Government of Southern Sudan (GOSS) has received a LICUS grant from the World Bank, toward the cost of the Southern Sudan Rapid Impact Public Finance Management Project, and intends to apply part of the grant proceeds to payments for the following consultancy services: Procurement Management Information System Specialist (PMIS ) The services include: (i) to design and establish an appropriate process for centralized registration of Government contracts; (ii) to develop a contract monitoring and a PMIS that links contractual commitments to the budget and accounting system; (iii) to design and establish Government of Southern Sudan (GOSS) procurement website.

The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (C.V. with description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions etc.). Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers; published in May 2004 as revised in October 2006.
