  • Demonstrated experience of at least ten (10) years in providing consultancy services related to construction supervision and contract administration of infrastructure projects, with relevant experience in areas such as dam engineering, dam safety, rehabilitation and improvement of dams and associated hydraulic structures, detailed engineering design, and construction supervision of water resources infrastructure. • The firm shall demonstrate its technical and managerial capabilities in engineering design and construction supervision of water resources infrastructure. Note: Firms should provide details of relevant assignments, including the name and location of the assignment, client, contract value, duration, scope of services, and the firm's specific role and responsibilities. Key experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage. Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, 7th Edition (September 2025) (“Procurement Regulations”), and open to all eligible firms as defined therein. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.15 and 3.16 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September. 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a Consortium/Joint Venture to enhance their qualifications and should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a subconsultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all partners shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. Evidence of such association must be provided in the Expression of Interest. The implementation period for this assignment shall be eighteen (18) months, comprising six (6) months for the design phase and twelve (12) months for the construction supervision phase, commencing from the date the Contract becomes effective.
