Consultant: Hydrological and Hydraulic Modeller Expert — Rwanda Water Resources Authority

The Rwanda Water Resources Authority invites all interested individual consultants to apply for the position of Hydrologic and Hydraulic Modeling Expert. This expert will review all feasibility studies and stormwater management master plans developed as part of the VCRP, providing comments and feedback. The expert will utilize GeoHECHMS, GeoHECRAS, and PCSWMM software to assess models submitted by consultants and ensure they are set up and calibrated correctly.

In addition to reviewing the studies and master plans, the expert will also train RWB staff in the use of these software tools, enhancing the agency's capacity to develop and review small-scale models that simulate river flow dynamics, channel hydraulics, and stormwater systems.
