The Department of Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries, County Government of Meru, and the Meru Central Dairy Co-operative Union invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Of Grid-Tied Solar Power System And Chilling Accessories At Meru Central Dairy Co-Operative Union Ltd In Ntima East Ward, Imenti North Sub-County and six collection centres that includes majorly steel structure works, grid-tied solarization works and chilling equipment. •. The Contract period will be 365 days. • Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” First Published July 2016 and Revised Fourth Edition November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the County Government of Meru website www.meru.go.ke and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours East African Time (EAT) at the address given below. • The bidding document in English may be viewed, inspected and obtained free of charge by interested eligible Bidders from the County Government of Meru website www.meru.go.ke.Public procurement information portal www.tenders.go.ke or world bank website www.worldbank.org
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 03rd December 2026 at 1100 Hours EAT. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
