Description of the Assignment: Communication expert to develop and operationalize a communication strategy and action plan that supports the implementation of the project and strengthens public awareness around reducing plastic pollution Period of assignment/services 35 working days during the period of 6 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
