The ILO is seeking an External Collaborator to support the development of regionally agreed ASEAN Guidelines on OSH for the Informal Sectors, with a focus on agriculture, fisheries, and mining. Key tasks include: 1) Conducting a desk-based mapping and analysis of legal and institutional frameworks across ASEAN Member States; 2) Drafting the ASEAN Guidelines aligned with international labour standards and Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (FPRW); and 3) Facilitating regional consultation and validation workshops through the ASEAN-OSHNET network.
