Land Development (Irrigable Area)ha118.03.Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement in Investment Project Financing (IPF): Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers ” published in July 2016, revised in February 2025, and September 2025 (7th Edition, (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Food and Agriculture, West Africa Food System Resilience Program’s (FSRP) Procurement Specialist and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.5.The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$100.00 or GHS1,500.00. The method of payment will be by Cash to the West Africa Food System Resilience Program (FSRP). The document will be physically picked up at the address below.6.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30 am on July 10, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
