The new KTUC constitution: 1) Shall articulate organisational functions and leadership structures, the roles and responsibilities of leadership positions, and relationships with extra organisations. 2) Shall help KTUC to adequately play a role as a workers’ national centre defending workers’ rights, representing workers’ interests, and participating in social dialogue and influencing its policy discussions and decisions, while aligning with trade unions abroad.
