The contract comprising the drilling of 14 prospective boreholes on the Humpata Plateau in the Lubango Province of Angola. • The contract consists of two lots of 7 boreholes per lot, the following phases and durations: • Drilling phase of 18 months; followed by • Defects Liability Period (DLP) of 12 months. • Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers-” November 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders. • Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 09:00 am to 03:00 pm at the address given below • The Bidding document in English may be obtained electronically free of charge by interested eligible Bidders by email at the address below. • Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 23rd October 2025 at 10h00 AM Local Hours.

Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID,” and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.
