The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer in favour of the following: Bank: Zenith Bank; Acct No.: 1310304626; Account Name: Taraba St L-PRES Project Bidding Account; Proof of payment to be presented at the address above. At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost. • Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before 12 noon on Friday, 27th November, 2026.
