PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACTOR FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF 80 INTEGRATED WATER SCHEME ACROSS CATTLE ROUTES IN BAUCHI STATE (NG-BAUCHI STATE ACRESAL-507489-CW-RFB)

This is corrigendum is issued to replace the Request for Bids published in the Nigerian newspapers of Leadership and Nigeria Tribune on September 16, 2025 as follows.

  • The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Agro Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project (ACRESAL) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for the Establishment of 80 Integrated Water Scheme Across Cattle Routes of the Bauchi State.
  • The Bauchi State Ministry of Environment now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of the following:

Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Competitive Procurement process using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September, 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the address below and inspect the Bidding Documents from 10:00am to 3:00pm Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. The Works involves drilling of solar power boreholes with overhead tanks, a security house, fencing, concrete water troughs for animals, fetching points for humans, etc.5. Qualification requirements include:• Audited Financial Statements for the last 5 years to demonstrate the financial capability of the Bidder in terms of Profitability and adequate working capital.• Have a minimum of Two (2) similar contracts with at least a value of NGN 200 million per Lot, that have been satisfactorily or substantially completed January 1, 2020 and the submission deadline.• Have a minimum average annual construction turnover in the last Five (5) years of at least NGN 600 million per Lot.• Have liquidity and/or evidence of access to or availability of confirmed positive credit facilities of not less than NGN 50 million per Lot.A margin of preference for eligible national contractors shall not be applied.6.Further information may be obtained from the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) (BAU- ACReSAL) Project Coordinator, Email: [email protected], Telephone: 08032308938, 08067831923 during office hours 09:00 am to 5: 00 pm local time at the address given below..7.
