₦20,000,000.00 • Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 2025 Edition (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. In addition, please refer to paragraph 3.13 in the procurement regulation on the conflict of interest. • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project State Implementation Unit Yobe State, through the State Project Coordinator Hajiya Adama Hussaini Madaki yobe@lpres.nigeria.gov.ng and inspect the bidding document during office hours From 8:00 to 16:00 at the address given below. • The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ₦100,000.00.
