This tender is open to companies legally registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, or to companies that have an established legal presence in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services (RFPS) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide HACT-related services, as fully described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex B. The Long-Term Agreement will be established for an initial period of 24 months.
