The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Establishment of 3 Nos 20 Hectares Each Pasture Foundation Seed Farms in Mafa, Gubio and Askira/Uba LGAs of Borno State - under Borno L-PRES Project. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.

The Borno State Government through the Borno State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources now invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for the Establishment of 3 Nos 20 Hectares Each Pasture Foundation Seed Farms in Mafa, Gubio and Askira/Uba LGAs as specified in the table below:
