The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the performance of the Trust Fund modality and cooperation mechanisms between UNESCO and the Government of Flanders during the period of 2020-2025, and to draw lessons learned and recommendations to inform future cooperation between UNESCO and the Government of Flanders.
