  • The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Agro Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project (ACRESAL) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for the Extention, upgrade and Equipment of 20 Livelihood Support and Green Skill Vocational Training Centre for 31,532 person with Disability.

Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Competitive Procurement process using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September, 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the address below and inspect the Bidding Documents from 10:00am to 3:00pm Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. The Works involves civil works and equiping of training centre etc.5. Qualification requirements include:• Audited Financial Statements for the last 5 years to demonstrate the financial capability of the Bidder in terms of Profitability and adequate working capital.• Have a minimum of Two (2) similar contracts with at least a value of NGN 100 million, that have been satisfactorily or substantially completed January 1, 2020 and the submission deadline.• Have a minimum average annual construction turnover in the last Five (5) years of at least NGN 58 million .• Have liquidity and/or evidence of access to or availability of confirmed positive credit facilities of not less than NGN 15 million.A margin of preference for eligible national contractors shall not be applied.6.Further information may be obtained from the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) (BAU- ACReSAL) Project Coordinator, Email: [email protected], Telephone: 08032308938, 08067831923 during office hours 09:00 am to 4: 00 pm local time at the address given below.7.
