Feasibility Study and Design for Flood Control Measures in the Volcano Region and Vunga Corridor — Rwanda Ministry of Environment

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TITLE OF THE TENDER: Hiring an International Consulting firm to carryout Feasibility Study, Preliminary Design, and Detailed Engineering Design for flood control measures in Volcano Region and Vunga corridor 1.The Government of Rwanda through the Ministry of Environment (MOE) has received funds from the World Bank towards the cost to carryout Feasibility Study, Preliminary Design, and Detailed Engineering Design for flood control measures in Volcano Region and Vunga corridor.

The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for expression of interest is issued. 2. The Ministry of Environment now solicits experienced Consulting Firms to express their interests to provide the Consulting Service to carryout Feasibility Study, Preliminary Design, and Detailed Engineering Design for flood control measures in Volcano Region and Vunga corridor.

The Consulting Firms will be shortlisted following the evaluation of their Expression of Interest in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 Governing Public Procurement and Ministerial order N° 002/20/10/TC of 19/05/2020 establishing regulations on public procurement. 4. Late applications shall not be considered and only online application is acceptable through e-Procurement system; The deadline for the submission of applications shall be generated by the system in local time and the applications will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system at www.umucyo.gov.rw on the time generated by the system in local time.

Your documents shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of submission. All interested Firms may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system within two thirds (2/3) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication before the fixed deadline for the submission of expression of Interest.
