Request for Proposal Letter Consulting Services Name of Assignment: Consultancy services for the feasibility study to upgrade 16 Teachers Training Colleges RFP Reference No.: To be generated by www.umucyo.gov.rw Credit No: 6475-RW Country: Rwanda Date: December 2020 Dear Mr. /Ms.: • The Ministry of Education (MINEDUC) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has applied for financing from the World Bank (the “Bank”) in the form of a “loan” (hereinafter called “loan” toward the cost of Rwanda Quality Basic Education for Human Capital Development Project. The Ministry of Education (MINEDUC), an implementing agency of the Client, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued. • The Client now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): Consultancy services for the feasibility study to upgrade 16 existing Model Schools. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 7). • A compulsory site visit is scheduled as follows:
