Country: Nigeria Credit No. IDA-70150 RFB No.:NG-BAUCHI STATE ACRESAL- 503106 -CW-RFB • The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape (ACReSAL) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Flood And Erosion Control Measures Including Rehabilitation, Stablization,Channalization From Tsohon-Kompani Gwallaga Mayaka In Bauchi State. • The State Project Management Unit (SPMU) of the Bauchi State Ministry of Housing and Environment now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Flood And Erosion Control Measures Including Rehabilitation, Stablization,Channalization From Tsohon-Kompani Gwallaga Mayaka In Bauchi State.The Works involves the construction total of 15.25km of concrete channel gully erosion control with Two (2) culverts, One (1) Bridge, wire fencing and Bioremediations.

The Works is expected to be completed within the period 24 months. Margin of preference is not applicable. • Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from state project management unit (SPMU) of Bauchi State ACReSAL office and inspect the Bidding document during office hours of 9am to 3pm (local time) at the address given below excluding public holidays. • The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN100,000.00) only.

The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer in favour of the following Account: 5030127807, Fidelity Bank, Acct Name: Bauchi State World Bank Assisted (ACReSAL) Counterpart Fund. Proof of payment to be presented at the address below.

At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost. • Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 noon on 28th August,2025 Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below by 12 noon on the 28th August,2025.
