Hiring a Consultancy Firm for Public Transport in Rwanda

The City of Kigali now invites all eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing Hiring Consulting Firm for Public Transport Under Urban Mobility Improvement Project.

Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualification and relevant experience to perform the services. The shortlisting criteria are :

The firm should at least have ten (10) years of working experience in the field of Consultancy Services in Public Transport Under Urban Mobility Improvement Project. This is a minimum criterion for shortlist. 40 points

The firm should at least have completed 3 similar assignments with certificates of good completion. 30 points

Summary of understanding the assignment by the firm willing to compete for this assignment (Technical approach and methodology). 30 points

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date. Consultant firm may associate with other firms in the form of a Joint Venture A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines. Further information can be obtained within 8 days before deadline of submission through E-procurement portal of Rwanda. Expressions of interest must be delivered through Rwanda e-procurement portal.
