Description
It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the Implementation and Services for provision of an Open-Source Library Management System (LMS) for the ICC Library. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.
Brief Scope of Work
The Library invites qualified vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the implementation of an open‑source Library Management System (LMS), with Koha identified as the preferred platform. The project includes data migration from the current Library Management System, configuration and deployment
