PROCUREMENT OF THE INSTALLATION OF A PHOTOVOLTAIC (PV) SYSTEM FOR THE ELDERLY HOMES AND THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER. BID NOTICEThe Family & Equality Department wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the Procurement of the Installation of a Photovoltaic (PV) System using the Limited Bidding method under Section 61(2)(a) of the Public Procurement Act, 2008.Justification for Limited BiddingThis is on the grounds of the limited number of qualified suppliers and installers capable of providing the service.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:Energy Solutions Seychelles LtdSuntech Seychelles Pty LtdDEC ElectricalAdvance Technical ServicesSPS InvestmentThis tender is restricted only to suppliers and installers that are duly registered with the Utilities Regulatory Commission (URC) and possess the necessary technical expertise and experience in the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of photovoltaic (PV) systems.All potential participants must submit the following mandatory documents along with their interests: (a) Company profile, including registered address and contact details. (b) Valid business registration certificate. (c) Proof of registration and authorisation by the Utilities Regulatory Commission (URC) to undertake solar PV installations. (e) Evidence of previous experience in the supply and installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems, including similar projects completed within the last five years. (f) Technical qualifications and certifications of the company and key personnel. (g) Manufacturer's authorisation (where applicable) and technical data sheets for the proposed PV equipment. (h) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and any other statutory compliance documents required under Seychelles law.In line with Regulation 77.
