At least two (2) assignments completed in the last ten (10) years focused on destination branding, brand development, and/or integrated marketing strategies for tourism destinations (national tourism organisations, island destinations, regions, or cities), including brand identity and communication frameworks. • At least two (2) assignments completed in the last ten (10) years involving tourism product audits, development or upgrading of tourism products and experiences, and/or prioritisation of tourism sites and investments, preferably with a focus on sustainability and community benefits. • At least two (2) assignments in Small Island Developing States (SIDS) or comparable small, remote, or island destinations, demonstrating an understanding of the specific opportunities and constraints faced by such territories (e.g., limited connectivity, environmental sensitivity, small-scale private sector). • Previous assignments in Mauritius, Rodrigues, Réunion, Seychelles, Madagascar, or other neighbouring countries; Note: Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (Fifth Edition – September 2023), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. 9. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract. 10. A consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the Consultant Qualification Selection (CQ) method set out in the Procurement Regulations. 11.
