National Consultant for Capacity Building in Climate Risk Assessment for Higher Education Institutions — Kazakhstan

Description of the Assignment: National Consultant on Capacity Building of Higher Education Institutions for Conducting Climate Risk Assessment Period of assignment: no more than 100 working days (tentatively April - October 2026) Place of Work: Home-based, with business trips within Kazakhstan The main objective of the project is to integrate climate risks into development planning at the national and subnational levels and to ensure the implementation of step-by-step and transformational adaptation measures that strengthen Kazakhstans resilience to climate change.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
