Request for Quotation (RFQ) RFQ No: PR1349 To: Date : 2 June 2021 Dear Sir/Madam, 1. Please provide your Price Quotation for the supply of the item(s) and quantities shown on the attached Specification of Goods sheet. 2. Please provide the Price Quotation on your official signed and dated Proforma Invoice. 3. Your Price Quotation must be received by the Purchase Committee by 1600hrs on 9 June 2021. 4. Unless otherwise stated bidders must offer for all items & quantities shown on the specification sheet and provide a Grand Total price. 5. Prices should be quoted CIF Harare 6. Your prices must remain valid for 30 days from the date of your offer. 7. Delivery of Supplies: As shown on the Specification of Goods sheet and within the delivery period stated. 8. Delays in delivery of goods will incur a penalty of 1/1000 of contract price per calendar day of delay up to 10% of contract value. If 10% is exceeded contract may be cancelled. 9. Payment: 100% within 14 days of invoice date and receipt & acceptance of goods. 10. An order will be placed with the bidder who offers the lowest price quotation which complies with the attached specifications and the conditions of this Request for Quotations.
