- The Government of Liberia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Institutional Foundation to Improve Service for Health(IFISH) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Printing of data collection forms for Community Health Assistants (CHAs) and Community Health Services Supervisors (CHSS) in Grand Gedeh, Grand Cape Mount, and Gbarpolu Counties for the implementation of the National Community Health Program (NCHP).
- The Ministry of Health (MOH) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Printing of one hundred ninety-six pieces of reporting and Data Collection forms to be delivered at the Ministry of Health warehouse, Oldest Congo Town, 72nd Boulevard Junction within a delivery period of 4-6weeks. The bidding process will be done into 3 (three) separate lots (Lot 1 – Grand Gedeh County, Lot 2 – Grand Cape Mount County, and Lot 3 – Gbarpolu County). Bidders are allowed to bid for all the lots.
- Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in investment project financing Goods, Works, Non-consulting and Consulting of July 2016, Revised November 2017 Revised August 2018 and 2023 September (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit/ Ministry of Health, Matthew T.K Flomo at [email protected], copy: Mutricia Smith Sherman at [email protected], Moses Ballah at [email protected] and inspect the bidding documents during office hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm local time Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays & Sundays at the address given below.
- The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a nonrefundable fee of US$50.00. Payment of bid fees will be made within the Finance Office at the One Health Building opposite the Ministry of Health Back gate.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 18, 2025 @ 2:00pm. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on September 18, 2025 @ 2:15pm.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Securing Declaration, “.
