- The Government of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of The West Africa Food System Resilience Program (FSRP-2), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement and Distribution of Twenty (20) Combined Manual Harvesters and Two (2) Transplanters for Rice for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS).

| Nr.• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.• Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 60% and for Bid cost: 40%.• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from:The Procurement Specialist -Mohamed Amara, at 14 Pipeline Drive, Off Wilkinson Road, Freetown.
