90 days • Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2023 fifth Edition (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Benue State Project Coordination Unit (SPMU) of Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project (ACReSAL) and inspect the bidding document during office hours i.e. 09:00 to 17:00 hours at the address given below. • The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (NGN150,000). The method of payment will be Bank draft in favor of The Project Coordinator, Benue State - Nigeria Agro-Climatic Resilience in Arid and Semi-Arid Landscapes Project or pay directly into this bank account; Benue State ACReSAL, Polaris Bank, Account Number: 4060015438 and bring the payment evidence to the address below.
