  • The Government of Sierra Leone has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP-2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1] for the Procurement and Supply of 150 Tons of Extruded Floating Fish Feed for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS)
  • The Food Systems Resilience Program now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement and Supply of 150 Tons of Extruded Floating Fish Feed for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS)
  • Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” revised February 2025 as per legal agreement (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from: Food Systems Resilience Program, directing such request via e-mail for the attention of Mohamed Amara, Procurement Specialist : Email: [email protected] & [email protected]

Bidding Document can be inspected during office i.e. 0900 to 1700 hours on Mondays to Fridays at the address given below.

  • The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of SLE 1,000.00 (One Thousand New Leones only).

The method of payment will be by Bank Transfer or Direct Payment in the Account Listed below:
