16,000,000.00 BIDDING PROCEDURES: The IMPACT PROJECT now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of 145 Units Tri-cycle Ambulance PMS-operated. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the Conflict of Interest. INVITATION: Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from IMPACT PROJECT National Office, through the Project Manager (PM); nphcdaimpact@gmail.com and may inspect the bidding document during office hours between 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Mondays – Fridays at the address given below. PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENT: A complete bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (₦100,000.00).
