16,000,000.00 BIDDING PROCEDURES: The IMPACT PROJECT now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of 145 Units Tri-cycle Ambulance PMS-operated. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the Conflict of Interest.
