INVITATION FOR BIDS COUNTRY: Federal Republic of Nigeria BAUCHI STATE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT & HOUSING NAME OF PROJECT: Agro- Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project (ACReSAL) Credit No: 70150 Contract Title: Procurement of 40 Tractors to Enhance Agricultural Production and Food Security. Reference No: Ref No:NG-BAUCHI STATE ACReSAL-502146-GO-RFB 1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape (ACReSAL) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Financing towards payments under a contract for the above mentioned activities. 2. The Bauchi State Ministry of Housing & Environment, represented by the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) of ACReSAL now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the above mentioned activities for contract. |

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Procurement using the Request For Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers September, 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from State Project Management Unit (SPMU) of (ACReSAL) at the office address below, and inspect the bidding document from 9a.m. to 3p.m during office hours. 6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NGN100, 000.00. The method of payment will be by Bank draft or through electronic payment into the following account: 5030127807, Fidelity Bank, Acct Name: Bauchi State World Bank Assisted (ACReSAL) Counterpart Fund. The document will be sent by Courier at the request of bidders and upon payment of additional fee. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 noon on 1st September, 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 1st September, 2025 at 12.00 Noon. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the table above. 9.
