- The Government of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of The West Africa Food System Resilience Program (FSRP-2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Procurement of 70 Mini-Combined Manual Harvesters and 140 Mobile Threshers for Rice for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security.

| Nr.• Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 Procurement Regulations edition as per legal agreement (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.• The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Two Thousand New Leones (NLe. 2,000.00) or in a convertible currency. The Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the financial capacity with experience to supply the required goods to the Government of Sierra Leone. The bidding document may be sent via email upon request upon payment.
