PROCUREMENT OF A CLOUD-BASED AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE SEYCHELLES AIRPORTS AUTHORITY The Seychelles Airports Authority (SAA) is inviting bids from a suitable experience and qualified international registered manufacturer or integrator for the “Procurement of a Cloud-Based Aeronautical Information Management System for the Seychelles Airports Authority”.Scope of ServiceImplement an integrated Aeronautical Information Management system cloud service to modernize aeronautical information management and communications, ensuring compliance with ICAO standards, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing air traffic safety in Seychelles.Eligibility:Suitable and qualified International registered manufacturer or integrator who can demonstrated expertise and technical insight in the implementation of cloud-based AIM systems and provides necessary services through a turnkey project.Period of Delivery:Six (6) MonthsAccess to Tender Dossier:Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased via email procurement@saa.sc as of Friday 24th July 2026 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs (Seychelles Time) at a non-refundable fee of EURO 88.00 OR USD 100.00 OR GBP 75.00.

Closing Date for Dossier: Compulsory Pre-Bid Meeting:The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 07th August 2026 at 1500hrs (Seychelles Time). NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE. The Bank Account Number will be provided upon request and the tender dossier will be provided upon deposit of the fees.There shall be a compulsory Pre-bid Meeting on Tuesday 18th August 2026 at 1100hrs (Seychelles Time).

The meeting shall be conducted virtually via a link to be provided by SAA after confirmation of participation in the tender.
