Contract Title: Procurement and Supply of IT and Video Conference Equipment
Reference No.: GM-PPPPE-391718-GO-RFQ
- The Government of The Gambia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of The Gambia Fiscal Management Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract: Procurement and Supply of IT/ICT Materials.
- Interested bidders can obtain the detailed technical specifications from our office premises or via email. The following are the list of items:
- Laptops - 10 pieces
- Laptops – 10 pieces
- Desktop Computers – 3 pieces
- Digital Projector – 3 pieces
- VIDEO CONFERENCE SYSTEM – 2 pieces
- DIGITAL WHITE BORD SPECIFICATIONS – 3 pieces
- (HP COLOR LASERJET PRINTER) Q5 – 1 pieces
- HEAVY-DUTY PHOTOCOPIER – 2 piece
- 5G Mifi Routers – 20 pieces
- Smart TV – 1 piece
The delivery and project implementation is at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, in Banjul
- Bidding will be conducted through the World Bank Shopping procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers July 2014 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Specialist, Gambia Fiscal Management Development Project during office hours Monday to Thursday from 8am- 4pm and Fridays from 8am to 12:30pm at the address given below or by email at [email protected] and [email protected]
- The technical specifications in English may be obtained free by interested eligible bidders from the address below or via email. The document will be sent by Electronic as well as hardcopy if requested by the bidder.
- The deadline for submission of quotations is on 29th November 2023 at 12:30 GMT. Late quotations will be rejected.
