INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION AND MAINTANANCE OF AN ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SOLUTION (EDMRS) ALONG WITH SUPPORTIVE HARDWARE

UECCC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above Non Consultancy Services

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive bidding method as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers revised September 2025.

Bids will be issued upon payment of a Non refundable fee of Ugx.200,000/= to UECCC account. The account details can be obtained from address below or by sending email to [email protected]

Bids must be supported by a bid securirty of Ugx.20m inform of a Bank Guarantee

Bids must be delivered to the address below on 13th July 2026 at 11.00am EAT. Technial bids will be opened at address below on 13th July 2026 at 11.30am.
