1.The Republic of Liberia has received Financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Governance Reform and Accountability Transformation (GREAT) project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of assorted ICT equipment.

2.The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning for the General Auditing Commission (GAC) through the GREAT project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply and delivery of the below listed goods:

• Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers –“February, 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from General Auditing Commission, Procurement Unit, Ground Floor, Old Executive Mansion Building, Ashmun Street, Monrovia, Liberia (Musa C. Kamara [email protected]); and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9:00 to 16:00 hours.

• The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.

• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before June 10, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on June 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

• All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Securing Declaration” as stated in the bidding documents.
