- The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Immunization Plus and Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage and Transforming Services (IMPACT) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Equipment for Equipping 102 Nos. of Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) In Ondo State (Three (3) Lots).
- The State Immunization Plus through the State Primary Health Care Development Agency, now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of the items listed in the table below:

Qualification’s requirements include:• Documentary Evidence of two contracts of similar nature and magnitude during the last five (5) years• Financial capability of the Bidder in terms of Profitability and adequate working capital to supply above items.• Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.4. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders at the following website: www.worldbank.org.5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information fromThe Project Manager, Immunization Plus and Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage and Transforming Services (IMPACT) Project, E-mail: [email protected] and inspect the bidding document during office hours between 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.6. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Thirty Thousand Naira Only (NGN30,000.00). The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of :Nigerian Naira Account:ACCOUNT NAME – Ondo State IMPACT (Counterpart Fund); ACCOUNT NUMBER – 0125198132; BANK – WEMAVerifiable payment evidence for the non-refundable fee is to be forwarded to the project. The document will be sent by courier or collected by hand. Prospective bidders will bear all costs if they choose delivery of the bidding documents by courier.7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 noon (local time), 20th November, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 1.00 pm (local time), on 20th November, 2025.8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the amount in Nigerian Naira stated in the Table under paragraph 2 as above of this Specific Procurement Notice.9.
