  • The Government of Sierra Leone has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP-2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of fish farming equipment (36 Fingerlings Scoop Nets, 36 Harvest Scoop Nets,36 Cover Nets, 36 Scrubbing Brushes and 36 Sorting Basins) for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS).
  • The Food Systems Resilience Program now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of fish farming equipment (36 Fingerlings Scoop Nets, 36 Harvest Scoop Nets,36 Cover Nets, 36 Scrubbing Brushes and 36 Sorting Basins) for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS).
  • Bidding will be conducted through Open/ National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

  • The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of SLE 1,000.00 (One Thousand New Leones only). The method of payment will be by Bank Transfer or Direct Payment in the Account Listed below:
