Pcs • Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Bidders must submit their bids and meet the following: • Bid Security of NLe.86,144.76 from a reputable commercial bank must be included within the sealed bid and satisfy the following conditions: • be in favour of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security • may be invoked if the bidder, upon the award of the contract, refuses to maintain the terms and conditions of the earlier submitted bid. • Evidence of financial capability which should match a minimum of the bidders bid price • Signed Bid Form, Price Schedule and Schedule of Requirement • A valid NRA Tax Clarance Certificate • A Valid NASSIT Certificate • A Business Registration Certificate • A Business Profile of the Supplier • Three years proven experience in dealing with ICT equipment and supplies; • Compliance to the qualification and eligibility requirements defined in the bidding document • Compliance to the technical specification of goods to be supplied • Technical brochures/ catalogues of ICT equipment 4.
