The goods are to be delivered within five months upon signing of the contract. The goods are to be delivered to the Government of Sierra Leone, National Medical Store outlet at New England Ville. No margin of preference is applicable.

• Bidding will be conducted through Open International Market Approach (International Competitive Procurement) using the Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement in Investment Project Financing – Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017, August 2018, November 2020, September 2023 and February 2025), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
