Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” First published - July 2016 Second Edition - November 2017 Third Edition - July 2018, Fourth Edition - November 2020 and Fifth Edition – September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Sierra Leone Digital Transformation Project, Ministry of Communication, Technology, and Innovation, 8th Floor, Youyi Building, Freetown, email: procurement@sldtp.moic.gov.sl and inspect the bidding document during office hours (i.e. 0900 to 1700 hours) Mondays through Thursdays at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars ($250.00) The method of payment will be direct payment into the following bank account below.
