• Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project Plateau State now invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of Stationaries and Consummables to the state Coordinating Office. Jos Plateau State

• The procurement of Stationaries and Consummables shall be to the Plateau State Coordinating Office, Jos, Plateau State, Adjacent NDA Base Camp Angle D Jos, Plateau State.

• Your quotation should reach the undersigned within (14) days from the date of this day

• The work shall be carried out through Solicitation for quotation procedures specified in the World Bank Procurement Guidelines of work.

• This request for quotation on this job has been addressed to other contractors to allow for competition in line with the World Bank Procurement Guidelines.

• The job under this contract shall conform to the standard in the technical specifications provided to you.

• All work don shall be inspected and must conform to the contract agreement and any sub-standard goods shall be rejected.

• The contractor shall complete supply within 14 days from the date of signing the contract, together with supplier invoice showing description, quality, unit price, and total amount of the items supplied.

• The contractor is required to complete the supply with a detail information about the quality of the products.

• The work should not be assign, in whole or in part, its obligation to perform under this contract, except with written consent of livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project Plateau State.

• Plateau State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project may terminate the contract, if the contractor fails to do the work within the period specified, or within any extension thereof granted in writing by the Plateau State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project.

• The contractor request for payment shall be made in written, accompanied by an invoice as stated in clause 10. All payment shall b made promptly and in no case later than 14 days after the date of certification.

• Hundred percent of the supply price shall be paid on receipt of certificate of completion/waybill/invoice of supply from the contractor and upon acceptance of the job by plateau State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project within 14 days after the date of certification.

• The contractor shall be entirely responsible for taxes.

• The validity period for the quotation shall be 14 days from the date of submitting the quotation.

• Original copy of the quotation shall be submitted sealed in envelop and addressed to the: State Project Coordinator, Plateau State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project Office, Adjacent NDA Base Camp Angle D Jos, Plateau State.

• Pursuant to clause 17 as above, quotation must be submitted to the aforementioned address on or before 1 week after the acceptance of this Request for quotation notice by 12noon.

• You would be required to submit copy of your Certificate of incorporation as an evidence of being duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

• Please confirm receipt of this letter and also let us know if your firm will submit quotation
