- The Federal Government of Somalia has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the “Somalia Food Systems Resilience Project (FSRP)” by the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, FGS, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the “Procurement for Vehicles NPCU-FGS and PIUs and Line Ministries for FMS”. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through a letter of credit.
- The Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation FGS now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of:

The bidding document in English may be requested by interested eligible bidders free of cost upon the submission of a written application via email to [email protected]6. Bids must be delivered to the address: S-FSRP NPCU Office, Jayga Street next to the Data Protection Office, Near Mogadishu Airport on or before 11:30 Hrs. Mogadishu time on 28th Oct 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
