Description
UNHCR Philippines seeks a qualified vendor to provide a Cloud Contact Centre System that will support telemarketing and donor engagement activities of the PSP unit.
The system will enable PSP Philippines to conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns and inbound donor support calls to strengthen donor acquisition, donor stewardship, and emergency fundraising efforts.
The cloud contact centre must provide a secure, scalable, and easy to operate platform that allows UNHCR to manage donor communications independently while maintaining full control over donor data. The solution must support integration with CRM
