Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 and revised November 2017 and August 2018, revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9.00am to 4.00pm (local time) at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) only. The method of payment will be through Bank transfer only into the Project Account (FCMB Bank Plc, Account Name: AGILE Project Counterpart Account B, Bauchi State, Account Number: 2001020804 (NGN), SORT CODE:214031920). The document will be picked at the address below, or sent by e-mail upon request. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 19th August 2025 at 12:00pm (local time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
