4.Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from West Africa Food System Resilience Project (FSRP) Procurement Specialist (Procure@fsrp.org.gh) and inspect the bidding document during office hours. 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
5.The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of GHS 1,500.00. The method of payment will be by Cash to the West Africa Food System Resilience Program (FSRP). The document will be physically picked up at the address below.
6.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30 am on June 25, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on June 25, 2026, at 10:30 am at the FSRP Conference Room.
