FORMAL TENDER: TD 05/10/2026: APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT A HUMAN RESOURCE GOVERNANCE AND POLICY REVIEW, UPDATE AND ALIGN EXISTING HUMAN RESOURCE POLICIES AND STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES, DEVELOP A HUMAN RESOURCE STRATEGY, UPDATE THE EXISTING HUMAN RESOURCE PLAN, DEVELOP A CHANGE MANAGEMENT POLICY AND SOP, PROVIDE IMPLEMENTATION AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER SUPPORT.
