The Secretariat of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and its office the OSCE Documentation Centre in Prague (OSCE DCiP) has a requirement for provision of maintenance and repair services for OSCE DCiP premises incl. garden located in the villa at Namesti Borise Nemcova 529/2, Praha 6
