The Secretariat of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and its office the OSCE Documentation Centre in Prague (OSCE DCiP) has a requirement for provision of maintenance and repair services for OSCE DCiP premises incl. garden located in the villa at Namesti Borise Nemcova 529/2, Praha 6, Czech Republic.
The LWC is planned for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend for four (4) further one (1) year periods
