Provision of Satellite Internet Connectivity — Yobe State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education

YOBE STATE MINISTRY OF BASIC AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ADOLESCENT GIRLS INITIATIVE FOR LEARNING AND MPOWERMENT (AGILE-Af) PROJECT REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE Procurement AND CONNECTIVITY OF INTERNET WITH ONE (1) SUBSCRIPTION IN 15 SELECTED SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN YOBE STATE CONTRACT No. YB/AGILE/2026/PP/017/ The Yobe State Government of Nigeria has applied for financing from The World Bank for Credit towards the cost of Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payment under the contract for the procurement of above underlined items.

Main Tasks The approximate delivery and installation period is Four (4) weeks. The assignment is expected to commence in October 2026 and completed three weeks after signing of contract. The Yobe State Project Coordination under AGILE now invites eligible Firms to indicate their interest in providing the items.

17 of The World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations") and revised 2020 setting forth The World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Contractor may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-contractor. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
